When you request the free playbook, we collect your name, company name, and work email.

When you use the contact form to book a call, we collect:

• Your name
• Your work email
• Your company website
• If you choose to add it, your phone number

If you used the calculator on our home page before sending either form, the numbers you entered and the results are sent too.

The calculator runs in your browser. Nothing you enter in it is sent to us unless you submit one of the forms.

We don't run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site. Our website host may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We use your information to send you the playbook or respond to your request, to set up a call, and to email you about our services. You can opt out of those emails anytime by replying or using the opt-out link in any of our emails.

Form submissions are processed and stored in Google Workspace, which we use for our business email and records. Submissions are delivered to our business email and saved to a private spreadsheet. Within Falls City Outbound, only Brennon Sosnin, our founder, sees them.

We keep form submissions for 12 months, then delete them. We delete them sooner if you ask.

Email brennon@fallscityoutbound.com with the subject "Delete my information." We'll delete your submission from our records and from our email, and confirm when it's done.

If we contacted you, your contact details came from data providers or public sources. To stop hearing from us, use the opt-out link in any of our emails or reply and tell us. We'll stop right away.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
